Who We Are
The Back to the Root Conference is organized by the Black Food Sovereignty Coalition and a committee of local and regional growers, advocates, farmers, educators, and businesses.
Why We Do It
The 2022 Back to the Root Conference brings back together the Black and African-identified farming and growing community with local experts and practitioners to expand and strengthen our sustainable farming movement.
